Microsoft Outlook crashing intermittent after windows updates

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 running Remote Desktop Services for 6 clients using Office 2013, mainly outlook. All was well until 17th November when i installed several windows updates (released 10/11/15?), since then users are all complaining about Outlook restarting intermittently.
On advise on other posts I have uninstalled KB3097877 and KB3101746, turned off reading pane and set outlook to Don't download pictures automatically and restarted. Still problem exists. I had this problem on a stand alone Windows 7 box and uninstalling KB3097877 seemed to fix it, but this is Windows Server 2012R2 with RDS. Any help appreciated.
