Multiplying the value of different cells using same formula without re-entering the formula?

Bear with here folks. On a lot of medication and not thinking real straight.
I have several complex formulas and need to multiply in several places and do not want to repeat the formula.
Let me try and explain it this way:
A. I want to multiple the number in I58 by the formula. See cell K58.
B. In another location (G91) I will need to multiple the number in O8 using the same formula.
C. This happens a number of times with a number of formulas. I would like to not have to re-enter the formula at location.
D. I think this would be simple but too paid medication continues to dull my brain.
E. Spreadsheet is attached.
F. Cancer is hell!

Perfect solution. Opens up a new facet for me in Excel.

Thank you for the thoughts.  In Dallas, Texas getting ready for "pencil proton" beam therapy.  Cutting edge medicine and it appears "fighting the good fight" means three wars:
1. Medical. Of course I have some sort of painful neurological crap going on at the same time. Like Einstein said, "Everything happens at once."
2. Insurance. Insurance companies seem to look for ways "not to pay" and cutting-edge, although the proven and perfect treatment for my situation, hasn't always made it into the play book. Therefore getting it approved takes time. Tick-Tock! The game is afoot and the sooner the attack, the better the possibilities of winning.  My tumor was found by accident and I would have been symptom-free for months.  That gives me an edge I would not have normally had, but I can lose that edge through the process of "this has to go through administrative channels!"
3. Trying to keep a business going back home in the meantime.  I don't need pity, I need my people to stay focused and "go the extra mile with customers so they don't panic." My docs say I have a better than 50% chance of a total cure and an even better chance at buying 3 to 5 years and the rematch then.  You don't generally get those kind of odds with lung cancer. But large cell, not particularly aggressive and caught very, very early - I expect no instant cures but if this fight has to be, I'll take those odds over what most people normally get.

Daunting?  Yes! Overwhelming? Hell yes.  But I look at this way.  You can crawl into a pity hole or give it your best shot! Like my grandfather once told me about getting old: Problems may have a different dance, but it's the same of tune: Winners never quit and quitters never win.

Thanks for listening.
