Exchange 2013 Can't mount database after logs fill up C drive

I am in the middle of an upgrade to Exchange 2013 from Exchange 2007.  I was just moving the last couple of mailboxes when my C drive filled up with log files.  This caused the database to unmount.  I moved all the logs to another disk with the Move-Databasepath cmdlet and now my I can't mount the database.  When I run esutil /mh it says the database is in dirtyshutdown.  When I try to run Esutil with the /p I get an error
Operation terminated with error -1032 (JET_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use) after
14.922 seconds.  I am at a loss as to what to do next.  Any help would be greatly apprecited.
