Why does this PhantomJS script not seem to work?

In my command line I type the following:

$ ./phantomjs rasterize.js http://ariya.github.io/svg/tiger.svg tiger.png

... and I get in the directory that has phantomjs the "tiger.png" file.

Beautiful!

Now, if I type this:

$ ./phantomjs rasterize.js http://cascsawssa1v.nss.vzwnet.com/update_comp_display.php?week_of=2015-12-07&market=South+Central weekly_report.pdf

I don't get a weekly_report.pdf file in my directory. Instead, I get this:


In some ways, it looks like the code is firing, but then it says "weekly_report.pdf not found. I'm not looking for it! I'm trying to create it!

Here's the rasterize.js file. What am I missing?
