MOV Interlaced
I work with editing software Cyerbelink's Power Director 14. I have produced a video clip. When I render it in MOV, the Scan Type is Progressive. When I render it in M2TS the Scan Type is Interlaced. I provide services to a TV station and accepts video clips in MOV, high quality compression format such as h.264 in HD (1920x1080) at 25 fps interlaced (50i). Power Director renders MOV in Progressive Scan and there is no option to be Interlaced.
So I am encoding Clip 1.txt (see file attached) with Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 settings (see attached file Adobe Media Encoder jpg) and the final encoding is Clip 2.txt (see attached file). Since the Adobe Media Encoder is set to Upper field first why is the final result of Clip 1.txt is Progressive Scan instead of Interlaced?

Commoners' encoder named handbrake does not have interlace option for H264 at all.
I checked through all DVB-T HD channels I see and none had interlacing.

So there is something wrong with Progressive.
