Change your networking type to Bridged Networking. Default is NAT and browsing normally does not work across different networks. NAT is a different subnet (different network).

I ran LenovoUsbDriver_autorun_1. 0.12.exe on the Guest which came with my Device but no message showed. Ran from CMD with admin rights but no use message.
Now when I go to Device Manager and check it says 'Unknown Device'. Uninstalled - Reinstalled. yet the same.

I tried with a
Samsung GT-S5282
Micromax A117
all giving same results. Basically there is issue with VM Virtualbox that it cannot setup the Androids.
I tried changing the Networking. I am also restarting after each change.

Kindly note that my machine is 64bit but since Vm Virtualbox does not have Win7 64 bit I have installed Win 32 bit. Also while installing 'Guest Additions' I have to manually load the 32 bit version.
Also please note that my MS Sdk did not install correctly. Will that make any difference ?

VMware Workstation will easily run 64-bit guests. I do that all the time.
