I would like to make a bootable CD. How does one do that ? Ideally I would like to create a copy of the Win 98 emergency floppy on a CD. I have a HP CD writer with Adaptec software.

I recently installed Windows XP home edition.
While installing it never prompted me for emergecny disk. Past versions of windows always did this and the disk is sometimes quite useful.
