I have a single logon to the machine where multiple people utilise it. It has IME or languages installed and people set them to what they want but do not reset it back to English when they logoff....

Outbound email using 5.5 SP4 through IMS is very slow and keeps retrying. We are not in any DNS blacklists. IMS is using DNS to resolve and its interface DNS points to ISP's DNS resolver.
