In STMS are there anyway to see into wish client a transport has been imported? I have tried to check the logs in STMS but it only says succefully imported.

Running Exchange 2000 sp3
Our .edb is 4GB and the .stm is 12.9GB
Why is the .stm so much larger and how can we make it smaller.
