The Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language is at the heart of every application that you build. VBA is your key to taking Access beyond the world of wizards into a world where anything is possible. These videos begin by introducing you to the VBA language. They also teach you how to work within the development environment. You will learn about control structures, how to pass and return parameters, and how to work with built-in functions.
Once you have a strong foundation of the VBA language, you will learn how to work with objects, properties, methods, and events. You’ll explore the Access object model, and how to programmatically manipulate Access’s objects. The techniques that you will learn in the Beginning videos will be necessary not only to your understanding of the Intermediate and Advanced videos, but to the success of your Access programming career.
