Putting a Password to MS Access Database not to MS Access. & Sharing it in multiuser system

If want to put a password just for a Database that is created in Micorsoft Access and NOT THE MS ACCESS.
<Form Tools --> Security --> Set Password for Database> in Access. The same database I want to Share on  Network in a Multi User System. I will be using VB as Fornt end .
How Should I do this.

Please treat this most urgent .If possible pls send a code along with explaination.

If you are using ADO, your connection will look like this:
