Printing HTML Emails

Using Win XP and Outlook 2002, emails that come in with HTML format do not allow for print preview and do not allow for printing the emails with the attachment shown.

Is there a way to print HTML formatted emails that have attachments, where the icon and the title of the document is shown on the print.

hmm...  I have no problem printing HTML mail from my Outlook...  But I am not an Outlook guru, although I did set this up many months ago...  Let me ck out my settings and such..  perhaps I can throw something into the mix..

The HTML emails do print, they just do not show the icon(attachment) and the file name when printing. So that when a hard copy is printed out, they have a record of what attachment was associated with that email.

Yea..  I just cked mine again, and my printing does allow for the links/attachment icons to print...
What version of Office are you using..  (Mine is W2K Office Premium)

Sorry..  I see that you are using Office XP...  let me go to another system with O XP on it and give it a try..

I got a chance to look around my system today for other settings that are allowing me to print the complete docs from Outlook...  Other than the possibility that you are formatted for plain text (I have mine configured for HTML)..  I can find no other settings...  

Surprised another expert has not joined in that knows a little more about this..
