Restoring Access 2003 Startup Options
In MS 2003, while testing my application, I have disabled all menus and toolbars in Tools->Startup.
I cannot seem to recover the standard menus and toolbars. I have tried pressing Shift and then launching the MDB file, it does not show any menu options to restore settings (No Tools menu option).

The following article
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011402411033.aspx
explains the use of the resetO11.ops file using proflwiz.exe. These files are included in a full Office 2003 installation. The procedure resets Registry entries, the only way to restore the full menus in Access etc.
