OWA- Asks to install Windows files.

I have remote users that are using there email through OWA. They are complaining that when they try to write up a email it tries to install windows files and gets stuck in a loop doing this. I dont know any of the specifics of the OS and pathes. Does anyone know if there is a OS, browser, patch, office install that is required to use OWA?

This article lists the requirements to use OWA:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;239569

Perhaps the users' systems don't meet the minimum requirements?

One workaround to this problem would be to use Mozilla or Netscape. But this solution also gives you a limited OWA version where things are ackward compared to using IE. OWA with IE uses WebDAV while Netscape uses HTML.
