OWA was unable to get to your inbox - Exchange 5.5

Hi,

We have a user who can't access his mailbox using OWA.  He tried from several machines and
kept getting "OWA was unable to get to your inbox" error message.  Other users are able to
get in just fine.  It seems like he is the only user.  We have checked to make sure that he is
using the right Exchange account to login.  He is able to use Outlook client just through.

Anyoone has any ideas?

Thank you in advance,
paula

How does the user access OWA?  All of our users use a standard NT logon; [joe smith = smithj1 ]; however if a user has a common name such as previously listed, they get the assignment smithj2, smithj3; I have seen alot of problems with OWA accessing this way.  Have them type in their full email address rather than just their user ID, and see if that helps at all.

If you could give me more info on their logon procedure I may be able to make further suggestions.

HHi Coupland2000,

I think that was it.  I tried changing the alias on my account to a differnt one and couldn't log into unless
I typed in the exact Alias.  Waiting to confirm from the end-user.

Thanks,
Paula
