Hi Professionals,
I have a modem Netgear dg834gv v2 router and CISCO IP phone 7940 series with SIP installed. I have set the following configuration:
Authentication name : 0390176719
Password: *********
Proxy: byo.engin.com.au
Outbound proxy: byo.engin.com.au
Domain : byo.engin.com.au
SIP ports – 5062 (UDP protocol)
RTP ports – 16384 (UDP protocol)
Once I make a call, It takes a long time with the following statement:
calling (out INV)
then it rings with the following screen statement:
Session progression (in 183)
- Note the phone is always has phone icon, witha "X"
