SSL cert for SBS 2010: how can I clean out the clutter of old certs?

I've created the CSR / installed ssl certs a couple times now on an sbs 2010 box.

I want to start over again.

Where do I look to delete / remove the UCC certs that I am replacing via rekeying and single certs I installed before people said to use the UCC?

ok.  I figured I'd delete too much / break something else.  Right?  it comes with certs you don't want to delete?
Yes, SBS definitely preconfigures certificates you don't want to delete.
although now I use http://www.sslshopper.com and it is throwing some errors.  but it mentions the cert expires in 2 years.  the one I got from godaddy is for 5 years, so it doesn't have the right cert in place.
