Allow ordinary users to add workstations to a domain?

I have tried the Knowledge base that says to edit the GP that is applied to the OU to allow "Users" to add computers to domain. I have also tried to do the Delegate Control method. Neither do anything for the problem.

I can add the machine to the domain with a Domain Admin account. But a normal user cannot add a machine to the domain at all. I try to add a machine and get "Acces is denied". This is very frustrating and any help whatsoever would be GREAT!

This is a student print and file server and I need to allow them to add their personal machines to the domain but NO other access to any other aspect of the server other than print and file share. Everything is setup on this server other than adding workstations to the domain.
