Delete mail folder disappeared
Dear expert
We are having a misc problem.
One user delete a mail folder from the Entourage and its connect to a Exchange server. The folder disappeared which is correct, but then he wanted to restore that folder, but its gone forever, it should be in Deleted mail folder but it does not nor in the server delete cache too.
Anyone know know how can that happens?

I only took the db backup, and it will restore Everything, not only a mailbox...

Well this is solved by using the disk restore tool and restored the mail database and converted the entourage file to pst and Outlook can look the mails, a very bad solutions coz the mail format Changes and making user very hard to see. But its ok.

i solved it my way
This feature requires a Microsoft Exchange Server account and doesn’t work with POP3 or Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) accounts.
If you don't see Recover Deleted Items,make sure user is not using pop3 or IMAP servers.
