If I press the Start key, release it and then press the I key, it runs Internet Explorer (only &quot;I&quot; on my Start list). However, if I do the same thing for U (UltraEdit is the only &quot;U&quot;), nothing happens. How can I change that?

If I press the Start key, release it and then press the I key, it runs Internet Explorer (only "I" on my Start list). However, if I do the same thing for U (UltraEdit is the only "U"), nothing happens. How can I change that?
