Mass Mailing Solutions using Exchange 2003

I have an exchange 2003 enterprise server.  I have to send out to members of our association an (created)internal news letter to some 10,000+ individuals.  I am looking for other options (Software) to do this "in house".  I know there are several services that do this but I am hoping to reduce the cost by doing it myself.  The worry I have is how to manage it so I do not get on a ton of blacklists.  I am not sure how the services do it but I am hoping there may be some cost more expensive in the short run but cost effective in the long run for me and my staff.  If you have a solution to my situation I would be very gratefull for any advice.

I have the same issue, Outlook 2000 or 2003 limitations. I have exchange Server 2003 as well and have to email 13000 agency's a newsletter and other stuff. I can only select 200+ at 1 time via Outlooks contacts. It's a pain in the XXX. I have to do 50 -60 emails. Anyone know of a client that can handle the above amount :?
If you are sending out 13000 email messages then you need to get yourself a bulk emailing tool. There are loads of them on the market - they can handle the bounces, throttling of the messages etc. Avoid using Outlook/Exchange - it just isn't built for bulk email.

Simon.
I was checking out the internet and saw lots of different software. Thanks for the info. I even read that someone has OUtlook 2007 and they can supposively go beyond that 200+ limitation. I looked on Microsoft Office and it never stated that. I assumed if it did do that they would of stated it.
As with many things with Microsoft, there are things it claims it can do, but in practise you don't. Mass emailing through Exchange is one of those things that you don't do.

Unless you hate your users and want to thrash the server for hours while it delivers the messages.

Experts thanks for the comments.  Our company just purchased a third party applicatoin called informz which connects to our Member database and with an add on allows us to access our personal contacts.  It was not cheap and is going to cost us a pretty penny when we send the mass mailings but it protects us form all of the issues that come from mass mailing.
Thanks for the INfo, once again.

Yes, Thanks
How do I close this question?
I am currently using a website where I upload my email addresses via excel file and then send out to all agents via them with a webpage. IT is called Constant Contact
