452 Insufficient system storage

I have a computer using Outlook 2003 that is regularly getting email messages it tries to send bounced back to it with the error " 452 Insufficient system storage".  This can happen on any message of any size.  It is using the same smtp server as the other 20 machines in the office and none of them are having this error.  The local computer seems to be running fine with no problems other than this one.  Any ideas what is causing this?

I tried the things mentioned above and they didn't work, I had repeats of the error within a few hours.  But now it seems to have fixed itself.  I haven't gotten any bounced messages in the last 2 days.  The only thing I did that may have made a difference was clearing out his Temporary Internet Files.  They were pretty full but I dont think that would matter.  I am not sure how to handle this now, technically I dont know what fixed it but War1 came up with immediate and helpful solutions that may in some way have fixed the problem.  So I would say War1 deserves the points.
JArlint, glad the problem is fixed.  If the problem is fixed.
