Outlook 2003: How can I convert an email into an appointment? (VisualBasic)
Hi:
This one might be a bit of a challenge. Email correspondences often culminate with a calendar event. It would be great if the user's email's details could be automatically incorporated into the appointment details.
Currently, a new appointment needs to be created and the pertinent email must be dragged from the inbox into the appointment details in order to create the fantastic shortcut link the user wants.
Question: Would anyone be kind enought to write a VB script that when a user (a) has an email selected in the inbox; or (b) is viewing an open email message, clicking a toolbar button will create a new appointment window with the pertinent email attached as a shortcut link?
I've attached a screenshot.
Thanks a million!!!
