Hi I need to migrate content from a PHP site, to SilverStrip based site.

I need advice on the following:
1. How do I map all the links, in my current PHP site, to a CSV output?
2. What's the easiest way to migrate content to the SilverStrip site?
3. How do I verify that the SilverStrip site mirrors the current site?
What's the best technique to achieve this, in a timely manner?

1. Do you favor any particular 'spider' program, or are they much of a muchness when it comes to features, ease of use and outputting to CSV?
They're all pretty much the same. Anything free that builds a list of links will do
2. I've got a lot of wordy content, with links. I've just started at the place and it's mainly PDFs and words, not too much graphics. It's not in a database format - would it be easier if it was? If it's not, am I stuck with page-by-page migration?
Define "a lot"
Are we talking about 50 pages? 150? 500?

By a lot, I'd say in the range of 300- 450 pages.
Doesn't sound much.. I'm just looking to cut the migration time factor down.

Meh. I would probably just work on copy/pasting the content from the old site to the new and fixing any broken links or paths using SQL queries.
