How do I resolve Microsoft Exchange event ID 8533 - Out of Office (OOF) message Error code: -2147221233

We had an Exchange 2003 sp2 server become very unstable, the server HDD had become corrupt in certain spots, the Public and Private stores would not mount.  Microsoft said they were unrecoverable and we needed to restore from a backup.  We were not able to restore to the original server as it would lockup if too much data was read or writted to the HDD.

We used Backup Exec 11d to restore the mailboxes and public folder stores to a NEW exchange 2003sp2 server.  Everything seems to be running ok, except everyday at 2:30 AM I get the following message in the event viewer about 50 times in a row:

This error also occurs randomly throught the rest of the day.  

We are not trying to move these mailboxes.

Any help would be appreciated.
