Exchange 2010 SP1 - User cannot login to OWA

We have a user that cannot acces his account either in OWA or Outlook anywhere. All other users on the domain are able to log right in. When I login as him into OWA, it just sits there... I am not sure where to start. The policies are all the same.

Correct.. it is only 1 user. There are no errors.
What error message is the user receiving when logging on to owa ?

Can he logon using OA ? If hes within the comapny network and connects thru lan ? Use a different browser ?

This because to isolate where the issue might lie. If he can connect to his mail one way or another, thru OA, lan, mobile device, any other than owa we can rule that there is a corruption within his mailbox.

If the user cannot logon to his mail with non of the above, there are various things that can be done to try to solve this if it is a mailbox corruption.

 cheers
Trying it from on the LAN and on the WAN result in the same problem?   Sometimes, rather than beat my head on the wall for days, I will simply export the mailbox to PST, delete, purge, recrete the mailbox and import the PST
You can try using the New-MailboxRepairRequest in SP1
Ok. Maybe I have gotten somewhere.. I can login as some users, but some must have corruption. Now when I create a new mailbox, I am unable to login via OWA. Outlook Anywhere works for the users. Outlook with Autodiscover works as well. When I am in the office, or external, or on the Exchange server itself, OWA will just sit there on login.
Since they can access their mail thru other devices, softwares to access their mailbox on the exchange server, the issue does not seem to be an server issue or mailbox corruption.

Can the users try to logon using a different web browser, or try to logon to owa from another users computer ?

what is the error message they are getting ?
I try from my computer, or from any computer and OWA just loads forever..
If you let it finnish the load what is the message that you ar receiving ?
I will try that. It has been loading for about five minutes. It just sits loading.

Does this matter? On the bottom left of IE, it says

"Waiting for https://mail.domainname.com/owa/auth.owa..."

This have anything to do with authentication?
I might have asked already but, were you able to logon as another user on the account when you log on to owa ?

And those users who had the error when trying to logon owa, they can access their mail via outlook or mobile devices ?
I can login as other users. So far it is 3 current users that cannot acces mail via OWA and ANY new users we create. Their Outlook works outside the office and so does their iPhone. So far it is only OWA.
Did you do the following when you installed exchange 2010 ?

Set-Service NetTcpPortSharing -StartupType Automatic

Import-Module ServerManager

(for an exchange server with hub, cas, mailbox role run the below in powershell)
Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework,RSAT-ADDS,Web-Server,Web-Basic-Auth,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Metabase,Web-Net-Ext,Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console,WAS-Process-Model,RSAT-Web-Server,Web-ISAPI-Ext,Web-Digest-Auth,Web-Dyn-Compression,NET-HTTP-Activation,RPC-Over-HTTP-Proxy -Restart

reference: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691354.aspx

Regardless of this can you try first do an iisreset /noforce on the exchange server,

afterwards go to exchange management shell and do the following;
for a user that is ahving problems logging onto owa write the following in EMS:

Set-Mailbox -Identity firstname.lastname@yourdomain.com -ApplyMandatoryProperties
and then
Set-Mailbox -Identity firstname.lastname@yourdomain.com -database "Mailbox Database Name of where users mailbox resides"
When I login with Safari with one of the 3 users, it gives me the error -

Safari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://mail.domainname.com/owa/languageselection.aspx”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

If I login as one of the users that OWA works with, it lets me right in. Is this a redirect issue??
