New accounts not showing up in address list / OAB error
I just migrated an organization from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. I followed this guide to the letter:
http://www.msexchangegeek.com/2010/01/30/rapid-transition-guide-from-exchange-2003-to-exchange-2010/
However, I'm still having a few issues. I've added a couple of new accounts to Exchange since the server was put in place, but those addresses don't show up in anyone's address list. Additionally, they get this error in their sync log every few minutes:
13:50:01 Synchronizer Version 12.0.6606
13:50:01 Synchronizing Mailbox '<user>'
13:50:01 Done
13:50:01 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
13:50:01 Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located.
13:50:01 0X8004010F
I've tried creating an autodiscover A name record in DNS with no luck, and I've also deleted and recreated the OAB hoping that would solve the issue, but it still occurs. Any other suggestions as to what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, that article did not help.
Is your GAL updating properly?
Try
Update-GlobalAddressList -Identity "Default Global Address List" -nameofyourDC
You say you tried to create an A record unsuccessfully, what does that mean? It didn't solve your problem or you don't have an Autodiscover record?
