/o=DOMAIN/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=username, shows up as email address
I have a user that any email that he sends to anyone, what the recipient sees as his email address is: /o=DOMAIN/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=use rname.
It is just a problem with this one user. I'm figuring its his Outlook, but why is his Outlook showing Active Directory information as his email address?
So I can't figure out if its and Active Directory, Exchange or Outlook problem.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Check his domain user profile under Exchange Email address and make sure the correct one is selected as the default SMTP.
ask the user to try sending an email using OWA.
check how the email appears.
