paste is not showing

Well, assuming you have copied data that can be copied and you have copied it to the Windows clipboard correctly, then you could try re-registering the OLE and Shell DLLs Windows would use for copy/paste procedures. Open a cmd prompt and enter the following:

regsvr32 ole32.dll
regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

If that does not work, consider running a virus/malware scan on your machine...

this isn't even a question, please elaborate.

not being able to paste, usually means that there is nothing in the clip board. you trying to copy a PDF's content?

i am trying to copy few folder to usb stick.
the copy option is working. but the paste button is not working

Have you installed VMware tools?

does it work to the hard-drive?, it sounds like the write protection is on the USB drive, look for a small switch on it, with a picture of a lock possibly

i installed vmware converter
now most of the services are down
and file copying is not possible to anywhere

i registered old and shell. but problem is same

have you tried using ctrl + c for copy and ctrl + v for paste, also it might be worth to try regcure to see if anything is playing up with your registry

Make sure the "Clipbook" service is enabled on your PC.
