Here, the step by step procedure for migration is given:

  1.  First of all, install and run the SysTools Exchange Import tool.

  2.  Then, click on the Add File to select the PST file that you want to migrate into Exchange.

  3.  After adding the files or folders, click on the Next button.  

  4. Now, enter the valid login credentials of Admin and also enter the Active Directory IP & Exchange Server IP. If you want to export mailbox of sub-domain users as well, then click on the checkbox next to Include Sub-Domain User’s option.

  5. After entering all the information, you can click on the Submit button.

  6. Now, you can also provide the filters on data items such as Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Journals, etc.

  7. After that, you can also apply the Advanced Settings such as Maintain Folder Hierarchy and Map Folder(s) and click on the Save button.  

  8. In this step, click on the Import button.

  9. Finally, your PST file will be easily migrated into the Exchange Server.
