This article will help you export a certificate from Exchange 2013 and above versions and import to other servers.
When planning for an Exchange server implementation, we may choose the same certificate to install in other servers. The method of getting a certificate for single or multiple servers are the same. Create a CSR easily using the tool and use your FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) for the CAS server namespace. e.g.mail.domain.com, webmail.domain.com. Exchange server does not require internal FQDN(server names) in the certificate.

Once the CSR is completed as per the article/tool on the 1st server you can export the certificate to PFX and import the same certificate on other servers using the following steps.

Export from the current server.

Navigate to Server-->Certificate in Exchange Admin Center

Select the certificate to export.  You have to make sure you are exporting the 3rd party certificate. Look at the expiry date and the issuer.

Click on the (...) 3 dots and click on Export Exchange certificate.

Type the UNC path (e.g. \\servername\servershare\filename.pfx) and password for the certificate and click ok. Please use the below format. You can change the file name and location based on your wish. Make sure the folder is created and server name resolving to an IP before running the command.
 \\ex2016\c$\cert\mail.yourdomain.com.pfx

The certificated is now exported.
Export completed.

Import to other servers

Click on Click on the (...) 3 dots and click on Import Exchange certificate.

Type the UNC path (e.g. \\servername\servershare\filename.pfx) and password for the certificate Click Next. Change the UNC path, filename and password according to what you specify while exporting.

Click on the + button to add the servers to import the certificate to.

Click on the servers to add and click add-> to add the servers to the selection list.
Click OK after adding all the servers to import certificates to.
Click on Finish to import certificates to the selected servers.

You have now exported and imported the same certificate to the multiple servers selected.
