*Many a times you might happen to get a known error while running the "ExMerge.exe" tool

about a missing EXCHMEM.dll file as shown in the attachment.
* But when you try to search for the file, you would find it in the "..\..\Exchsrvr\bin" folder where you have the rest of the Exchange binaries.
* In this case what you can do is, simply copy the EXCHMEM.dll file from the "..\bin" folder to the "..\WINDOWS\system32" folder and viola!! Exmerge starts working
