In the CompTIA Cloud+ Basic training course, participants will learn about cloud concepts and models, data storage, networking, and network infrastructure.

This course will start with a discussion on cloud benefits and a comparison of the virtualized data center utilized in the cloud model versus a physical server. We’ll review cloud service models, cloud delivery models, cloud terminology, and object storage concepts.

We’ll move into learning about data storage and networking, starting with disk types and configurations, understanding RAID, examining files systems, storage technologies, accessing storage, and provisioning storage.

Lastly, you’ll learn about network infrastructure, including network types, how to optimize your network, routing and switching, and network ports and protocols.
