In the CompTIA Cloud+ Intermediate training course, participants will learn about virtualization in the cloud, resource allocation, and optimization.

This course will start with an overview on the concepts of virtualization including advantages of virtualization and an overview of the various components. Moving into understanding hypervisors, configuring virtualization hosts, creating and configuring virtual machines, using virtualization in the cloud, and migrating virtual resources.

Then, you’ll learn about resource allocation including monitoring resources, remote access administration, examining host resource allocation, and examining virtual machine resource allocation.

Lastly, you’ll learn about optimization including optimizing performance, policies and procedures, and best practices.

If you have not done so, it is recommended you take: CompTIA Cloud+ - Part 1 Basic prior to taking this course.

Once you complete this course it is recommended you take: CompTIA Cloud+ - Part 3 Advanced
