This course builds on the skills and concepts taught in Outlook 2010: Intermediate. Participants will learn how to stay current with colleagues through the Outlook Social Connector. They will learn advanced techniques for managing and maintaining their mailboxes. Pparticipants will create and work with notes and Journal entries, share Outlook calendars and contacts, create customized e-mail templates, and use mail merge to send personalized messages to groups of contacts.

This is the third and final course in the Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 path. Prior to taking this course, participants should complete Microsoft Office Outloook 2010 Intermediate.
Office 2013 combines cloud and web technologies to extend the way you create and consume information and introduces a new cloud app model for you to build secure and flexible apps—all discoverable from the familiar Office interface.
