Course Description

We will begin this course with an overview on OWASP and the organization’s goals. We will move onto the top ten threats that are present in modern web-application development.

Next, we will discuss session security, including authentication and session threats and examples of these prominent threats. This will lead into security misconfiguration with examples on how this can occur.

We will conclude with data exposure and cryptography, including how to handle sensitive data exposure, insecure cryptographic storage, and function level access control.
