EE Awards Calculation

Hi Experts,

I would like to know on what calculation EE Awards are based on?

I was just checking Award Results 2016
Rookie Of The Year : Pawan Kumar.
When I checked Front Runners for Q1 here: Award Results Q1 2016
His name is not listed in Top 10
When I checked Front Runners for Q2 here: Award Results Q2 2016
His name is not listed again in Top 10
When I checked Front Runners for Q3 here: Award Results Q3 2016
His name is not listed again in Top 10.
And he ended up winning Rookie Of The Year with 948,143 points. Did he earned this many points in just 1 Quarter? and he never earned 500,000 points in a month.
Expert LockDown32 earned 348,301 in Q2 & 472,445 in Q3, his total is already 820,776. Compare to Pawan Kumar he was just 127,397 points away, he wouldn't have earned this much in last quarter?
Please explain with actual stats.

Thanks & Kind Regards,
Shums

Another strange thing I found, when I went to check LockDown32 's profile. His total points earned is just 478,045

Ah.... they are not points obtained in the Quarter, they are Total Points at Quarter End.

So Q3, LockDown's total points are 472,445

Q2 he had 348,301.... so points earned in Q3 were  472,445-348,301 = 124,144

Currently he has 478,045, so has earned 478,045 - 472,445 = 5,600.

It is possible to earn that many points per Quarter.....I used to easily, get 500,000-600,000 points a month! when EE was busy! (and that was just in a single VMware Topic), if you answer all and everything very easy...I'm lucky today, to get...200,000-300,000 a month if lucky.

if it helps...

what's always been missing is the Q4 results, which I assume are probably the Award Winners.....

@Andrew
Does that mean he earned 948,143 points in 2016 only?
