I've been asked where my monicker might come from - well, here you go:
The full name is "Oviparous Woolmilkporc".
The "c" at the end is just a reminiscence to my francophilia.
The whole thing means an animal which is capable of laying eggs, giving milk and wool, which can bring forth piglets and finally is even comestible.
Short - a being that makes virtually everything.

Strictly an amateur. I am recently retired as lawyer in Toronto, Canada. I have been using Macs since 1989 when I bought a Mac IIcx using OS 6.7. I know a little about PC's, Exchange Server and SBS 2003 from administering our office network. I have a couple of science degrees and remember programming mainframes using Fortran and punch cards when 50K was a big program.
