I know how to turn NEW customers into LOYAL customers. I can tell which commercials have a greater impact and which ones should have been left on the drawing board. Most of these qualities are from personal experiences, but who can actually call themselves a marketer if they do not consider their own reactions!
My passion in marketing is to analyze big data and search for trends and patterns. I have created databases from scratch, as well as have populated and analyzed existing databases with over 20,000 contacts. I recognize that Customer Relationship Management is defining business' strategies. Today, it's clear that any business interaction is recorded and archived in the digital world; whether it's through email campaigns (open rate, browser type and click-through rates) or through loyalty cards (customer demographics, buying power, spend per visit, etc.).
Business today is all about growing a database and staying in touch with customers. It's becoming evident that all businesses need to have a digital footprint (at least a website and social media accounts) but more importantly, managing these outlets to attract the right people, at the right time, at the right place, so that they can purchase the right products. Even though communication strategies and business models are changing, the marketing mix is still the most important formula to developing an effective strategy.
