I own and operate Duey's Computer Service (www.duey.biz).  I've been servicing computers for over 20 years now and am currently MCSE certified.  I have extensive experience in the Windows server & domain environments dating back to NT 4.0 days.  I also served as lead network engineer of a local ISP so I have a good understanding of carrier network internals including dynamic routing with BGP and OSPF, ethernet transport, fiber transport, multi-path routing, and high availability switching configurations.
