evergreen..look on the internet for another driver for it..and also you might want to look in the autobat file or system.ini..there may be something that is making the driver neglect it sometimes..and go to the device page look at the exact numbers or whatever and go to the web page to get info on exactly what you have..then maybe you need to see if a jumper is in the wrong address...
