Let's analyze your cloud and/or telecom spend - I can make sure that you are procuring and consuming these services in the most efficient and sensible way. There are many ways to save money in this area and I can help you identify them. We can also look at your process. How do you handle break/fix? How are you monitoring? Do you already aggregate service providers to consolidate billing? Who handles quoting, new service installs, contract renewals etc...? Do you keep your circuit ID's, site IP's and service inventory in a spread sheet? I hope not but if you do, we definitely need to talk about it.
