- Provide data update and data conversion expertise for Nickel West with each new release of 1SAP
- Liaise with BHPB Master Data Organisation in Singapore with regard to application and interpretation of the MDD
- Analysis of maintenance orders seeking opportunities to create task lists to improve planning efficiency and budgeting
- Perform data consolidation activities to improve data quality, simplicity and analysis efficiency
- Provide master data coaching and mentoring to the NiW Master Data Project Team, Work Management Business Process & Data Coaches, Analysis & Improvement Engineers and site master data end users
- Conduct workshops on master data design & processes with the Sustainable Learning Team, Business Process & Data Coaches and site end users, including the preparation of scenarios and worked examples as reference tools.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing of 1SAP Master Data Processes for additional releases of 1SAP and for incident resolution.
• High-end SAP R/3 PM Module user on various versions, with excellent cross-modular skills in the MM, PS & FI/CO modules and BW/BI
• High-level skills in data migration and verification for SAP system implementations
