I have 25 years of innovative and unique experience in computer systems and IT support with a focus on small business. I have successfully led and participated in the development of many IT projects and implementation of those strategies with a great deal of understanding of small company business practices.  My background includes coordinating and overseeing complex IT projects. Throughout my experience, I have developed creative solutions and problem-solving strategies based on a thorough knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.  Additionally, I am a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and MS Small Business Specialist.
