I'm relatively new to the IT field, but not a complete newbie.  I've been doing IT for three and a half years dealing mostly with Windows servers and clients.  I also have some limited experience supporting Macintosh and Unix clients and supporting Novell networks from the client side.  I'm certified A+ and Network+ by CompTIA and MCSA by Microsoft.  I also have a BS degree in Information Technology.  My current position has me responsible for client/server networking and desktop support for a local real estate firm.
