More bioI am an IT Support Analyst with over 15 years experience across hardware systems, backoffice products, desktop products, networking, servers and specific professional software suites. I have progressed quickly during my 15 years in the IT Support industry and I am renown as a troubleshooting expert with the capability to find and solve IT problems quickly and efficiently whilst having the capability to lead diverse support teams and impart my knowledge effectively.
