Responsibilities and Achievements :
- Developing and implementing schedules of MIS;
- Ensuring proper maintenance of IT systems and proper operations of all IT related systems and infrastructure;
- Building, monitoring operations of PA system, telephone system;
- Ensure proper operations of all IT related systems and infrastructure.
- Actively investigate and promote IT software/hardware usage that will reduce operation cost or improve operation efficiency.
- Proper maintenance of IT systems: servers, system backup, system housekeeping, etc.
- Propose, negotiate and purchase of computers, printers and others related accessories/ equipments.
- Determine company medium to long term IT strategy and direction, in line with Aldila Group IT direction and initiative.
- Responsible to design, implement and maintain the intranet website;
- Control, responsibility, instructed department's staff on setting up PC and other IT hardware (notebook, projector, network etc) and install software.
- Assist in purchasing of computers and IT accessories, as well as keeping IT fixed asset records and all network and system settings information.
- Design and executive: Network, servers.
- Manage Windows 2003 network Servers : AD, DHCP, DNS, RRAS, Web Server, WSUS Server, File server
- Share internet by Squid, IPcop, Windows system policies, Load balancing & firewall component.
- Networking, maintain switch, CISCO router.
- Responsible to building, training and monitoring In-House applications for HR, Engineer for their requirement.
