EE_AutoDeleter is a automated process to delete questions which are in excess of 21 days since being asked, and do not contain any visible expert comments.  All points from the question are refunded to the asker.

EE_AutoDeleter also contains a human component to evaluate questions with comments made by the askers themselves, and will delete questions which are stagnated.  Questions for which the asker has provided a solution will be PAQed, or left for the evaluation of Cleanup Volunteers or Zone Advisors to determine their worth for the PAQ database.
