More bioUPDATE AS OF 9/17/2016: Promoted to the Completion Assistance Team (CAT). I work with customers calling in regarding their orders that were recently completed within the last 30 days. We handle the major ethernet ecosystems including Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, and Fujitsu.

I've been a Technical Support kind of guy my entire life. At 6 I was tearing apart toys to figure out how they worked,
I enjoyed building my first computer when I was 12, and it forever altered the trajectory of my life.
It's no wonder that I have a fully networked home, complete with a rack mounted router, switch, with a CAT6 Ethernet run wired to each room in my house, along with a WiFi Mesh Network and Gigabit Fiber Internet Service.
I've been helping folks my entire life, and as a result, have spent a lot of time as a Forum Moderator and Writer for many websites.
I was able to parley that experience into a Microsoft MVP for Windows Mobile back in 2008, and kept it going until the end of 2011 when Microsoft stopped caring about Mobile Devices.
