Premier Field Engineering consists of engineers with deep technical knowledge in their chosen product(s). Whilst most of the customer contacts, whether pro- or reactive, are on the customer premises a number of contacts can be remote.

We provide technical support including product technical training onsite, as well as via telephone, and electronic media. The main goal is to get the clients environment (Anywhere from 0 to 500 000 users) healthy and ensure it stays healthy based on recommended practices and a standards based framework.

If it is Unified/Universal Communications (Microsoft Exchange, Lync, Skype for Business), Office 365 or Microsoft Azure, I'm there to help you, your customers an your company to be successful.

Auditing environments (health checks), fixing things that are broken, training people (one on one, classroom or remote), offering advice on designs or migration strategies, it's all in my portfolio!
